I know that many people, like me, are blaming themselves for everything they were unable to achieve this year and I feel that we are being a little aggressive in this conclusion.

It may seem like it, but we are forgetting what has already come into our hands. Even the "small" advances are great victories, after all, it is the daily habits that transform a life, don't forget this and put together a beautiful time capsule.
